Highly recommend Hamptons of Chiswick. Very professional. Oliver was fantastic and the whole team kept us informed throughout the sale.

We’ve just exchanged on a property which was being sold by Oliver in the Chiswick office, and I was really pleased and impressed with how proactive he was in moving the deal forward - he not only liaised frequently with our solicitor and estate agent to check progress and chase things (and updated us every time), but also contacted OUR buyer’s solicitor at one stage to see where things were when things had slowed. As this was our first time in a chain, we really appreciated having someone so hands on, flagging anything we could do to help things move along. Oliver was also quick at contacting his clients when we raised any questions or issues, ensuring that we could get a solution and carry on. Overall I’m really glad that the vendors were using Oliver; he definitely made things easier for everyone!

My husband and I would like to say huge THANK YOU to Thomas Yates for helping us with flat rental recently. We are both really surprised how professional, honest, responsive he is. Tom has managed to "sort" our paperwork out in less than 48h(we have seen the property prior to 2 days before paying rent and giving notice to previous landlord. Even now-after we moved in already - he is making sure everything is well with us and the flat. It is great that Hamptons team take care of tenants, you won't experience that with other letting agencies. We are both really happy and thankful for the experience we had with Tom.
