Food was good, it was the service that let down! Never got asked how it was, never received the sauce that was offered but she came round to clean tables (and no, it wasn't busy at all we was one of about four tables there)
Decent chain place, does all the classics well. Breakfast is a bit of a mad one especially with the pondlife clientele that surface, that kind of puts you off. But not there fault. If you like a solid classic meal with plenty of seats and decent price come here just don't look around the other tables.
Food is good and reasonably priced. Large car park and has individual accessible toilet so my husband could change baby
Ok food, good prices staff a bit hit and miss
Very Reasonably Priced and delicious meal. Excellent service. Everything kept very clean ! Can’t fault anything! Highly recommend and will be back here for sure!
staff were great, they squeezed us in which was a massive help. food was good and I feel it was very reasonably priced. The lady at the counter was lovely and really accommodating
I love the 'All You Can Eat' breakfast for £9.50. Unlimited food & drinks. Kids eat for free!! Continental & Full English. Great choice- Something for Everyone.
Met here with some family for a meal. There were a few things on the menu that weren't available, which we weren't told till after we tried to place our order. Perhaps let people know what isn't available *before* giving them time to make choices. Otherwise, a pleasant meal. Our waitress was very polite and service was good, food hot and tasty. One star off for cleanliness, apparently there had been a deep clean, but the thick layer of dust on all the shelves in the dining area would say otherwise. Glasses and cutlery were clean though, which was very good.
lovely friendly staff didn't have to wait long for meals and drinks very good food and service thank you for short notice booking for our wedding anniversary

In Roman times, Newcastle – then called Pons Aelius – was a fort on Hadrian’s Wall, and during the Saxon period, it was known as Monk Chester on account of its many religious houses. The city owes its present name to William the Conqueror who, like Hadrian before him, recognized its strategic importance.
