Clean and very comfortable room. Special shout out to Lauren on reception who upgraded our room and even left us a card and chocolates when we informed her it was our anniversary. Thank you for a great stay and see you next year!

Beautiful room, very clean. Wonderful staff who were ready to help at a moment's notice. Lovely breakfast and a bar where you can order food in the evening if you don't want to go out. Felt very welcome when we arrived.

I don't think it's really aimed at the family/tourist market so much, but that's fine - it has everything the business traveller needs. Room was nicely furnished and clean, there was an ironing board and iron, basic WiFi was adequate, breakfast was decent - couldn't fault a thing. It's not a full-blown Hilton, but what it does it does really well.

Very friendly staff on check in, room was very clean and spacious. Fantastic bathroom. Great location in town will 100% be staying here again. Thank you very much.

Convenient, clean, comfortable. Exactly what we were looking for. Only thing I thought strange is that the faucet was too short for the basin... So water ends up on the counter. Kinda silly.

Great, clean centrally located hotel. Staff were excellent, breakfast great. I work for a hotel group also and would highly recommend this one. Jade is very knowledgeable and is a big part of the Welcoming nature of this hotel. Thanks very much Jade and to all the team also.

Excellent hotel, could not fault it. Location a short walk from town and restaurants. Lovely room, very clean with comfy beds and overall, very welcoming. Complimentary breakfast buffet next morning also very good. Car park available a few hundred yards away with discounted parking. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend.

Brilliant, can't fault it. Have stayed here a number times and will continue to stay again. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they can't do enough for you. Jade on reception is a credit to the company, and goes over and above to help .

Very nice place to stay, staff are friendly and will go the extra mile to help, i was late for diner and the kitchen was not taking orders, but they helped and cook my dinner fresh on the spot. Thank you very much! Georgi, Network Rail.
