Incompetent - rang me up last minute and cancelled a booking where I had spent a week working to get parking permits (which I had also paid for). At following booking am told (a couple of days before, by which time I was rebooking parking permits at further costs) that materials to be delivered on a day I was not there (as I had advised the sales agent when she had dealt with the original rebooking). V incompetent sales agent - Jodi - who refused to escalate a complaint as she said she was the most senior person there calling me and when I complained that this was just not going to work she said I would be liable for 75% of cost if tomorrow cancelled. V Threatening and inappropriate and I thought this was a decent firm. Do not use them - Sharps' customer service a thousand times better and should have gone there.
