A good place with proper 'old fashioned' customer service. Staff are friendly & knowledgeable & have time for their customers; answering questions & offering advice. I explained my requirements & was shown appropriate mattresses after which I was able to take my time trying them out. A mattress is a major purchase, one you will live with for a very long time, & should not be rushed; staff realise this & do all they can to ensure you have the correct product for your needs. Delivery was arranged & advice on care offered &, when they came, they unpacked it and put it on the bed for me, taking the rubbish away with them. I am very happy with my new mattress & very pleased I chose them.
