Cannot recommend this place enough. We visited a well known franchise to get my partners watch battery changed and was quoted £85.00! Safe to say we almost dropped! We were also told that the watch would be sent away for weeks. We then heard about Hamilton Goldsmiths and visited and was greeted by Tracey who could not be more professional and helpful. She fitted my partners watch within 20 mins for not even a fraction of the price we were quoted! We are so grateful to her and woild highly recommend this shop and Traceys professional services to anyone instead of your big franchises! Tracey is such a lovely, helpful lady. I took some jewellery in to be valued and Tracey couldn't have been more helpful. Her knowledge of the jewellery items was amazing!
