Really bad experience, went in Saturday 11.8.17 and the chubby lady with long brown hair at the front desk seen to me as the lady I had an apointment was running too late to see me. Cubby lady was very abrupt and spoke to me like dirt very disappointed I will not be opening an account or applying for a mortgage with yourselves any more. Will take my custom elsewhere very disappointed Halifax
