The manager who works here, lady with blonde hair is the rudest most vile person I have ever met, she made me feel extremely belittled and acted superior. Terrible customer service skills. She was no help whatsoever and doesn’t deserve to work here.

I have banked with Barclays for years. I am extremely disappointed with Barclays. They are more keen on pocketing profets over customers. They're services are extremely limited. If u run a business you have a counter service if not tuff. They have closed the counter services here the main branch all you have are self service. The self service machine won't accept creased notes. I spent over an hour trying in vain. I was then sent to the business counter to pay my bill & had to wait a our hour. I have never been so angry at the lack of service at a main Barclays bank before business &, profits the customer who cares.
