ive been served three times by the same lady that has been just as rude every time, she was in a different shirt to other staff so possibly a team leader that explains her bully behaviour, but either or she needs to be told when people come to the bank it is usually because they have an issue they cant resolve themselves so its best not to speak to them like they are stupid and do what you are there for, and not act like you are giving me a special reward for moving money for me when i don't have my card just my passport. next time ill wait to be served by someone else

I withdrew money from the cashier today. She was extremely unfriendly, didn't smile, didn't even count my money out to me even though it was a large amount! Usually the staff are very helpful..but not this one!she was about late forties and had glasses on shoulder length darkish hair.
