I was really happy with the service I received here. I Spotted my headlight bulb had gone on the way home from work, I called ahead to see what bulb I needed and wether they had it in stock. The lad on the phone was really helpful & once in store they were more than happy to install the bulb for me for a small fee and only took a few minutes, the lad was good enough to show me how to do it in future. Thank you.

Both my wife and I spent 10-15 minutes looking at bikes with the intention of buying 2 new ones but nobody came to assist eventhough 3 staff were on duty. In this day and age I would have thought an effort would have been made ? Have to start looking elsewhere.

This Halfords store is typical of this chain selling a wide range of parts and accessories for cars. There is also a range of bicycles and accessories for sale together with toys and camping gear. Generally good are reasonably priced and the staff are always knowledgeable and helpful.

Very well organized pick up service

Awful. Staff couldn't care less. Visited today looking to spend at least 1K on electric bike. Asked to see it. Staff miserable, bad attitude and offered no advice what so ever. Not friendly AT all. Deserves to be sacked. There's loads of people who would be good at that job and with much better customer care and will actually speak to the customer!!!

The staff are always happy to help with any questions you have and advice you may need. They will check stock in other stores and recommend alternative items. Really friendly and I've never had a bad experience visiting the store! That's why I keep going back for items such as Bikes, Cars, camping end accessories.

Ordered a bike online as a present, opted for store assembly, booked a date/time to pick it up. Bike was ready and waiting for me at the designated time, the assistant was very helpful and courteous. Overall a great service and good price.

Wiper blades no longer 'slapping time' and Bobby Magee said: "You need new ones! Get over to Halfords and buy a new pair!" So I did. Now we can ride along in the rain 'singing every song the driver knew'. (And I remember the time when both wipers flew off my 1974 Mini that I had then. In pouring rain on the motorway.) My Panda is very happy. That is thirty four pounds vaporised from my bank account. (I would rather have had a tooth pulled.) Now it cannot be spent in pubs and at the 'bookies'. The service was very nice. The mumbling incoherence of the big breasted woman who served me was due to her wearing a mask. (If she reads this. And to jog her memory. I am the handsome Local Authority Caretaker you served. Or did I make this bit up?) XXX

Dash cam front and rear fitted in just under an hour and a half and was phoned on completion. The Dash cams appear to be fitted to a good standard with exposed cable kept to a minimum through car cable ducts. Rear dash cam not mounted square and mounted on passenger side of rear window, asked assistant why it wasn't mounted on drivers side who said it was not possible with no real explanation. There was no offer of explaining the functions of how the Dash cams work, which I would have appreciated. The after sales service offered is the reason for the average rating, the staff seemed too busy and unapproachable.
