We have just bought a Peugeot 3008 from Irby Motors and couldn’t have been happier with the whole process! We have just moved back from 3yrs in the US to settle down in the area, and we have a pot of money for cars and a house deposit.. Bill was more like a friend than a salesman, and he refocused us on what was important! We valued his advice so much, and feel so happy that we have a local garage that we can continue using, knowing that they have our best interests at heart! Fantastic and friendly service. Harry and Bill in the front were great and Adam one of the mechanics from the back was a top bloke. Car was very reasonably priced and I was able to drive away in just a few days. Clearly all the staff here take pride in their business. It'll be my choice for future MOTs as well as my first port of call for my next car.

I purchased a vehicle from Irby Motor Company last week having read the outstanding reviews not to mention their long standing reputation. I was not disappointed. I initially spoke with Bill the owner regarding a car I was interested in. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and subsequently arranged a test drive with his son Harry the same day. Harry answered all my questions and I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and patience. At no time did I feel rushed into making a decision and only wished I had visited this company sooner. As a bonus, my car was ready for collection earlier than expected which was very helpful to me. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this family owned business to family and friends.

Brilliant company, with exceptional service. Recently purchased a car and couldn’t be happier. The car is excellent, the service provided was excellent and the price paid was an amazing deal. Communication was great, from first enquiry through to collection. The collection process was smooth with everything taken care of in no time at all. To top it off, there was even a fresh coffee waiting for me. I cannot rate this company enough. Simply a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to do business with.

Purchased a car from Harry and his dad. Very easy experience from an honest trustworthy car dealer, there is not many of those about. No pushy salesmen trying to talk you into finance that benefits them , no “ I will have to consult my manager or dealer principal “ just two guys who know their cars and don’t rip you off.

Today we purchased a car for our son. Bill the owner was so helpful, we put a deposit down 2 weeks ago and he said he would have the car serviced, mot'd and checked all over before collection. This family business prides itself on quality service, professionalism and good old fashioned family values. THEY LIVED UP TO THIS 100% I can't recommend them enough.
