Hi i'd like to say thanks to the guys at Halfords for their helpfulness and patience with me whilst choosing relevant tools for my job.

Booked a campervan for brakes replacements ahead of a trip to France. Booking was lost and no apology or other option offered. A shrug and blaming a colleague who was in the day I booked it was best I got. Done use this operation - plenty of much better places near by

Needed new registration plates and back screen wipe blade. Staff was really friendly and helped to choose the right back blade and fitted both the new plate and the blade with timely manner.

These guys are so slow I had to have another shave

Visited the store today to get a bulb changed on my car. Was served by the loveliest lady called Sky. She went above and beyond not only changing the bulb quickly and efficiently, she then checked over all my lights and gave me some advice on a clip I needed fitting and a new connector cable. Best customer service I have ever had regarding my car. Sky is a credit to your store, outstanding customer service and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for today!

Brilliant service being offered. Just pull into the designated repair parking space. Staff checking the exact fault of vehicle. Young staff gaining experience with a mentor. No gender preference to training. Part obtained straight away and fitted within minutes of pulling in. Then I was on my way within minutes of arriving. All with a smile.

One of my favourite shops and places to be by far, very pleasant and helpful staff every time who find away of answering any question I may have. I had ordered a pair of panniers for my bicycle but wasn't sure if they were fully suitable fit. The staff were most helpful indeed, inviting me to bring my cycle into the store to trial-fit the bags. The whole store had a very positive vibe about it; a most pleasant experience indeed.

A nice simple experience. Having checked online I went to the store, staff were helpful and polite in directing me to where I could find my item. Queue times were short, and following a brief chat with the till staff, I was paid and on route home
