After experiencing their incompetence at attempting to repair/replace a windscreen, 3 visits later I have a windscreen replaced, not sure if the heating element works though. But my interior light turns off and I can see though mirror!!!! Rate my experience shocking, and manager laughed at me, and told to jump start the car then!!!!!

Service was good. But I wasn't happy that the signed paperwork showing there was no damage to my car just that it was dirty had been altered when I went back the next day. I learnt a lesson and will make sure I get a copy or take a photo on my phone in future.
