they pick and choose when they want to open. for example, today, they were suppose to be open until 7:30 but when i called they said they are closing at 3pm. unprofessional

I highly recommend H:Room in Reading, and Lauren specifically. She is a true professional, makes you feel so at ease even if the treatment is of an intimate nature, and has all the time in the world for her clients. I have had electrolysis sessions before and no one else took the time and care that Lauren does, I am seeing results after only a few sessions. She is knowledgeable and reassuring, and each session is a pleasure. More generally, H:Room is clean, very comfortable and the girls are all so kind and welcoming. They make you feel right at ease and every visit to H:Room is a delight. A great place for any beauty treatment!

I first went to h:room for biogel after a week of moving house and my hands/nails had taken a beating. Some nails had broken off far into the quick and the skin was extremely dry and peeling. I booked online last minute and just hoped they could at least make my hands presentable. What I got was a miracle! Carolina is amazing and I left actually proud of my hands/nails, I have no idea how she did it. I've just left my 3rd appointment and my nails are getting stronger and longer plus Carolina always manages to shape them so they appear even longer somehow? The hand massage is divine and my polish lasts 4 weeks including daily heavy gym sessions and typing (probably last more if not for the fact they're growing so fast now I need a refresh). Carolina is also super friendly and easy to chat too and I look forward to my appointments. Have had my nails done many times over the years but Carolina is by far the best I've had. Thanks!!

I have been coming here to see Carolina for a couple of months to have my eyebrows done and I cannot recommend her enough. Carolina is amazing at what she does. I feel so relaxed I can easily fall asleep it's that relaxing. Carolina always remembers the little things about you. I have so much confidence in Carolina and what she does. I have booked in to have more treatments done and cannot wait. I will not go to anyone else now! Thank you my brows and me love you !
