I visited here today and booked myself and my mum (birthday treat for my mum, so wanted her to feel pampered) .We booked have our pedi together, which they started of by doing, then new customers appeared and I was left while they started someone else's nails. I was also told at the start when showing them the design I wanted, that they could do it, and later realised they couldn't. The customer service was little to none, with no interaction at all apart from them talking to each other (which a basic how are you, how's your day goes a long way). Will not be returning!

Poor quality services, They put gel powder on my nails I paid £ 40 and a few days my nail broke and the powder gel jumped off my nails. A week later I went to tell them, and they were very rude to me. The prices on the window said that for the gel powder it was £ 28 and they took me £ 40 I never go there again.
