Great shop, great selection and staff. My only personal negative is the selection of LH guitars compared to the ratio of RH guitars. They've got a far better selection than most but feel it could be slightly bigger. Have bought a lot of gear from them in store and online and never had a problem. Any issue I've had has been dealt with without issue.

Great service - as always. Immediate response to my email about a repair to my son's electric guitar. He brought it into the shop that day and it was sorted out on the spot. We also got expert advice about an effects pedal.

Helpful, friendly, experienced. A guitar shop can be a bit intimidating sometimes, but the team in Edinburgh are really helpful. Cal was great, helpful and clearly knows his guitars, and also takes real interest in his clients. Highly recommended, go on, you know you want to..

I'm disabled. ☝️ I called them on the phone when I could bring in a bass guitar to repair. They said Monday was right. I live in Fife. I use 2 crutches. Ok I got on the bus. When I arrived they told me to leave it there in 10 days ready. Or bring it back next week and fix it. I took it back 1 week later. I said I wouldn't leave until it was fixed. One man said they could not fix it. Because they are just sellers like in Tesco. They told me to leave it there and go back for it the next day. I went back for it the next day. I tried it. I saw that it was not set up well. I already knew that non-professionals were just sellers. I'll set it up myself.

I was devastated when my broke my headstock on my Gibson guitar. I took it in to Bob the guitar tech at guitar guitar and he eased my mind that it can be common and he should get a good repair ,the head stock was clean off .anyway Bob contacted me explaining all he had done and the guitar was ready. I picked it up and boy it looked amazing the repair was fantastic, brilliant, I took it home plugged it in and it blew me away it sounded better than it ever did .I mean it really really did ,Bob did set it up before giving me it back .the repair was really affordable for the professional quality of workmanship he did .thankyou Bob I can't thankyou enough. The costumer service is fantastic. Absolutely a brilliant team and a wonderful shop packed with every guitarist needs and what's helping to make dreams a reality 😀
