I gave their coffee a chance.I have a regular Gregg's that I visit 4 times a week. As the Gregg's is just just 3 minutes from my flat I prefer to take out. The (Mocha) coffee in St John's Precinct (Liverpool) was good value and tasted as good as any coffee boutique.I rarely give a five, but this Greggs deserves 5 for the kindness of the staff I observed them showing patience and compassion to a women with early onset (diagnosis aged 55) altzeimers. As her husband said "She looks forward to her visit as she feels they fully understand her condition, and treat her as a normal shopper. The staff know I want my wife to have a normal life before Altzeimers takes full hold.
