This place used to have a 1 star hygiene rating (now 3). Honestly such a same. The food tastes really good in here (especially the onion bajhis) and the people who run it are lovely. However everytime I have eaten here in the last 3 years, everytime with hope it has improved, I end up on the toilet for the next couple of days.

Avoid if at all possible. Ordered Naga lamb. Curry was cooked separately and chunks of boiled meat put into it. The meat was definitely not marinated well; being a semi professional cook myself this really cheesed me off. The meat was hard and not tender at all. When complained they asked me to cut it with knife which I could barely do. It is blasphemous to think that meat that can be cut with knife is cooked by Indian standards of cooking.

Ordered takeaway, food was delivered in less than an hour. As it was an Indian restaurant, I was expecting the normal chicken tikka to be spicy, however, it was just salted, there was bone pieces in it as well. I ordered chicken biriyani, the chicken was too tough, the curry went well with the biriyani. To lessen the sweetness of the curry, I just added yogurt - it tasted way better that way.

We ordered at 7pm and waited 1hr30mins as it was a Saturday so gave them the benefit of doubt as they may have been busy but it still didn't arrive. Having rang over 15 times no one answered so went on the live chat and even they weren't able to get through either so were told I would have to wait 48hrs for a refund. 3hrs later at 10pm it eventually arrived to find it left outside our building on the floor with no apology for the delay from the driver who just sat in his car. The food was mostly cold and was missing a number of items. Will definitely not be ordering from them again
