Terrible Terrible surgary. I have been here for a while now. Any time I get a appointment I am waiting 40+ minutes after the appointment time. There is a receptionist grey haired lady old with glasses on. Absolutely horrible. I will be leaving this sugauary.

Very, very, poor service to my father who is probably one of the oldest and longest patient of this surgery from great homer street, surely it's not right that I have to tie up all the loose ends after his gp visits including before and after being admitted to the hospital 3 times after refused by the doctor I had to call the emergency service were my 89 year old father was taken into the CRITICAL UNIT And on average spent at least 5 weeks in hospital on all 3, occasions after REFUSAL by his gp for him to admit him to hospital with a direct NO to me and forgot a testing kit which was vital on one visit and still did not admit my father, one hour and fifteen minutes after the gp visit I had to ring emergency services were he spent over a month in hospital, for legal reasons I will not name the gp but surely this is not on once, twice, three times luckily enough as my fathers son and carer I took it upon my hands to phone emergency services and from minute one to his discharge they were all first class, excellent with my father and were very informative and helpful on each visit,

Absolute joke this doctors, the receptionists are liars and the doctors don't really want to know, you're lucky if you get 50 seconds from Dr Abrams and the receptionists think it's funny to laugh at someone and make silly sarcastic comments. Would not recommend 😕 the only decent doctors in there are Dr Clayton and Bonnie!

It was very good, now it's almost impossible to make an appointment. This is a shame. The corona virus cannot be blamed for this difficulty in getting care. We have to call at 8am and 2pm, and there are hardly any appointments.

This is the best Doctor surgery I've ever been to. Yes sometimes you have to wait on the phone and getting appointments isn't always the easiest, but that's the same with the NHS anywhere you go - blame the government not the doctors. I've called many a time, and if I can't get an appointment I've had a call from the doctor to go through things over the phone. They always try their best and care about their patients.

Tried calling over 100 times this morning for an appointment for my ten year old child. First time I called I got the pre-recorded message, called back literally seconds later and it was engaged, Engaged for over half an hour occasionally getting the pre-recorded message telling me the opening times. I understand that it's busy but this is every single time I call for an appointment now. I'm going to be changing doctors as I'm now sat in a very busy waiting room in a walk in centre with a very poorly child!.
