Grange Road Surgery bristol

I have been a patient of Grange Road surgery for over 5 years now, they have always been polite and caring, and always managed to get an appointment when needed. The receptionists are fantastic and been helpful when I have spoken to them. I highly recommend them

Can never get an appointment it's a joke receptionist are rude

Bloody joke of a place waiting days for precription can't get appointments, getting them on the phone is horrendous, place is a dam joke

Very rude doctors,very dumb aswell.

This place never lets me down. My mum took me to the doctors when I was feeling sick and they really helped me out! ;)

I cannot praise the staff at this Practice enough. Friendly, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Thank you to all of you from reception/ nurse practitioners and the GP's. I think if we treat people the way we would like to be treated it makes all of our days easier.

just had the most rude lady dressed more like she was going to a nightclub (is it appropriate to dress mini dress with thigh tats showing when your trying to talk serious about ill people i think not)than a manager of a surgery goes by the name of Emily she just upset my wife by her arrogant attitude when my wife was asked to pop down to get her asthma checked she was refused entry and was told it was a phone appointment .i know fine it was not a phone appointment as it was me that made the appointment along side my wife and was told to come upto the surgery and ring the buzzer .the way this snotty manager looked down at my wife and upset her was horrendous for someone to be in this medical position i hope she gets reprimanded as she deserves. Not only was her dress sense a joke towards patients so was her manner of communicating and as she shut the door i could here her laughing to her colleagues about the way she handed it.

Been registered here for 3 years! Lovely staff and doctor. Phones are sometimes busy but what do people expect, a lot of people need to contact the doctors. But never waiting too long to be answered
