This place does not deserve one star. I'm not going to waste my time to explain what they have put me through, I will be telling the NHS concerns department instead and possibly a solicitor. If you want to be treated like a human or need medication in time, just don't bother. Don't just take my word for it. There are plenty of other reviews here stating the same. These people really don't have a clue about what's going on. They deal with issues by saying that they will get people to phone you and they never do. Receptionists are so rude, confrontational and unhelpful. Now registered with another practice in the local area that has nicer reviews and receptionists, I'm sure that the medical staff will be great too.

In all honesty AVOID the Jobsworth Dr Roberts, 100% NLP lipservice. Will be complaining in the correct due process about this Dr. My child suffered and had taken her private diagnosed and medication given, the Dr was absolutely flabbergasted at the private clinic in Queens Square.

5/ 5

I recently moved on the other side of Cardiff but if I could have taken anything with me from Grangetown, would have been this medical practice, especially Dr. Ian Lane! One of the best and most reliable GP that gave the most beneficial advices and not only. Despite the previous low star reviews I can say that the receptionists have never been anything but kind and understanding. Most of the time you get what you give. As long as you don't expect to be treated like the king/queen you are😉, the whole experience with this medical practice will be at least pleasent ✌
