Care does not seem to be their best subject. We spent more last year on health products than top end couples private insurance, even though we have private insurance. If you believe that the NHS is a good thing then think again. It's good for the many maybe but the few lose out big time. Dr's at WVP are not pleasant or friendly to people who have serious health issues. The blame lies squarely at the GP's doorstep.

Caring doctors who are genuinely very empathetic. I've received stellar treatment from them. Dr. Davies, Dr. Grey and Dr. Locke have been fantastic over the years. Not to mention Julie Morgan who is an amazingly warm and sincere key member of staff. Other than my own responsibility for my wellbeing, I know that my health is in great hands at WMC.

This is the Dr surgery that looked after my mother and my late father the care and compassion not only stretched to them but it was lovely to hear them ask how I am doing, as there main carer... The level of understanding and empathy spreads throughout this surgery from the receptionists, practice managers doctor's, nurses etc I thank you on behalf of my family for you sincere condolences since we lost my father in April 2020 .

Great surgery with great Drs and staff from both previous separate surgeries. The merger has been smooth for patients and probably benefits the patients more. Very efficient and appts where needed are possible. Cannot fault the care given and the kindness shown over the years.
