Grange Electrical liverpool

Dreadful 3 days this week! Bought a fridge freezer which was supposed to be delivered Wednesday mid morning after I phoned as requested by salesman. Fridge freezer arrived at 8.45 am when I was told I couldn't use fridge freezer for 24 hours minimum!! I have since spoken to other company's who find this unbelievable. I arranged by phone for someone to call at 4pm the following day to move old fridge freezer & install new fridge freezer. 4pm came & went my food was thawing out slowly, it had to be binned. I phoned at 4.30pm to be told it definately wouldn't be Thursday someone would phone me 9am yesturday! I was phoned at 1.05pm by this time I'd made other arrangements. So I paid twice to have old appliance removed & new appliance installed. No apology no compensation, NOTHING. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS FIRM. MAY I ALSO POINT OUT IM DISABLED & REALLY NEEDED HELP & SUPPORT 😡😡😡

Grange Electrical sorted problems when I moved house. Easy to arrange and always friendly professional engineers. So yesterday I went into the shop. Barry is old school! Knowledgeable and friendly. So I bought a vacuum and a washing machine. The washer was delivered today and fitted by 2 great guys. Thank you Grange Electrical! Great service. Highly recommend this company 👌
