I had a general idea to get a mandolin and banjo and knew that Music Notes would probably have the best selection. My needs were pandered to (change the tuning of everything I tried and then come back and do it all again an hour later) and I ended up with two great budget instruments. The older gentleman was incredibly helpful and he even summoned a rep to answer some specific banjo questions.
