Been in contact with the clinic since before the pandemic for Laser hair reduction and everything now has resumed quickly and efficiently. I feel supported, informed and looked after every time I visit. The clinic is welcoming and any questions are answered with confidence and kindness. Being autistic I find it hard to socialise but find it very easy here due to how lovely my clinician Lydia is. Will definitely be coming back for more future sessions as this clinic feels as if they actually care about their clients.

I visited Grand Aesthetics for laser hair removal with Lauren. She was very knowledgeable and put my at ease and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the procedure. Lauren was lovely and made me feel so comfortable the whole way through each session. Would 100% recommend

I had laser hair removal for my face few years ago, the service was so good and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Very flexible in arranging appointments and they respond quickly to enquiries via Instagram message or calls. I’m regular customer for Botox injections with Dr Alex. He is absolutely AMAZING. I start noticing the difference in few days and the effect lasts for several months. I have already recommended Dr Alex to 2 of my friends and they are really happy. Most importantly the appointments run on time and no delay.

I attended Grand Aesthetics back in December for the Profhilo skin treatment after being recommended by one of their knowledgeable staff. The clinic is very well presented and extremely clean and you are made to feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The Profhilo treatment, the process and its benefits were explained in detail to me beforehand. During the treatment, the skin therapist talked me through each step making me feel totally at ease. I am so pleased with the results following my treatment, my skin feels so much firmer and hydrated. Grand Aesthetics offer a wide range of other skin treatments, I have previously had one of their incredible facials and use number of the products they stock. I really cannot recommend them enough.
