First visit i didnt have a very good experience. Staff didnt really speak to me. After getting a scale an polish my gums were bleeding badly. Week later went back with pain in my gum and tooth and she did an x ray. Root canal was done and the pain still was there. Kept going back an nothing was done about the pain! Ended up going to the nhs and they ruled out an infection was on anti biotics twice due to how bad the infection was! But im still getting pain in the tooth the root canal was done on! Definatley looking for a reliable dentist who cares and treats the patients properly

Waited 3/4 weeks for an appointment, to then be called the day before my appointment to ask me if I could reschedule a different time. When I told them I couldn’t chance my time the said to me that’s fine see you tomorrow. After arriving at the practical for my appointment, was told they had left me a voice message on my phone earlier that day cancelling my appointment for that day and have now rescheduled me in 3/4 weeks later. I work a fulltime job, don’t see how I can listen to voices messages that day to know if I have an appointment or not. If they had no intentions of taking me why act like it’s fine on the phone when they were asking me to chance the time of my appointment, When really they wanted to cancel the appointment for other reasons. Poor service!
