Goldsmiths liverpool

We were lied to about the delivery of a wedding ring which did not arrive on time as requested. Once about the arrival time, then afterwards both myself and my wife were told different stories about what was requested, basically trying to play us off against each other. We could not quite believe the audacity of it. Had to go elsewhere at the last minute and caused a lot of stress. The jewellery is perfectly good, but the service can not be trusted one bit. I am sure not all the employees in there are as unprofessional but it's the luck of the draw. You have been warned. EDIT - I have just also seen there is a very similar post a few reviews down were the gentleman was lied to in a similar fashion, so they clearly have a problem in store with employees lying to customers about one and all which has not been resolved. Another reason to stay away.

I visited this store on my 35th Birthday. The staff were fantastic and I was made to feel very welcome. It was a good experience. Thanks

Absolutely great experience at this Goldsmiths!! I made a call to Goldsmiths Liverpool at the start of the year to register my interest in a Rolex watch, Alex could not be more helpful, he had very good knowledge on the brand and made me feel very comfortable. I have recently received a call from Goldsmiths that my watch was now available to collect, unfortunately it was Alex’s week off but Diane was more than amazing with helping me complete the purchase, all the staff were very helpful which made my experience even more Memorable…Thank to all the staff at Goldsmiths Liverpool

An excellent unbiased shopping experience with no sales pressure. Jessica explained everything in full detail and arranged for a refurbishment of my existing watch. I recommend and will definitely will be using Goldsmiths Liverpool One again.

The staff here were brilliant. What we wanted wasn't in store but Jessica found it online for us and had it delivered, free of charge, to us next day. The staff were helpful and looked after us from the moment we entered the store, we spent only a few pounds but were looked after as well as if we were spending hundreds

Very friendly staff including security personnel. Made me feel very comfortable and answered in detail any questions I had. Will look forward to returning in the near future for the same great experience.

Contacted the store last year and spoke to Ian about getting my name on the list for a black dial Rolex submariner. Ian asked me to come to the store. I made an appointment, called into the store and gave my details to Ian. I also indicated I have purchased watches from Goldsmiths and Watches of Switzerland group previously. Ian said he would add my name to the list. Later I found out my name was not on the list. Ian did not add my name on to the their waiting list. I spoke to their Rolex manager Emma Donaldson who was very disrespectful. Ian and Emma are an absolute disgrace and should be discouraged from dealing with clients. I feel people demonstrating such an awful attitude is beyond retraining. I can guarantee that I will never spend any money with Watches of Switzerland again.
