Worst service ever. Took my watch to replace the battery, came back the following day, the watch was working but there was a big crack in the glass. after complaining to the shop owner (middle age white man) he started shouting and swearing asking to leave the shop. be very carful!

Worst service ever. I've received a gift from my partner and when I've tried to exchange it they say it has a dent and they cannot exchange it although they sell it like that a day before. Be aware what you are buying, I won't recommend it

I completely thrilled with my experience at Goldmine Ealing (Debbie) On Monday I called the jewellers to see if they had any silver MUM rings. The lovely lady said they had a couple, but I could pop in and if I found one, they could order it in for delivery the next day. I popped in the shop Tuesday and was given so much help and advice. Debbie called up to find what was in stock, she immediately ordered it. It was swiftly delivered by Wednesday. I received a call to let me know it had arrived. I will add that this was a last minute panic buy, I have been ill and left it too late. This is a ring from my miracle grandaughter to my daughter, her mummy. So it is very important. Goldmine went out of their way to help me, were completely lovely, and made me feel completely emotional. My daughter will love this when she gets it from her baby girl on her birthday. Goldmine, Thank you beyond words. Highly recommend,

Excellent service. Went to replace watch battery and was told that the previous battery which was installed was too big. Hindering the movement of the timepiece. Gentleman kindly rectified the problem with no further ado. Lovely job and would highly recommend this business

Clueless staff who claim 40 years experience between them and wouldn’t know real gold even if a piece worth thousands was sitting right in front of them because it was and they said it was fake. Test it, intrinsic value if you know what that is but clearly if it is engraved(hallmarked) then it’s real? Definitely don’t have 40 years between the two of you. Went into Goldmine on Tuesday at around 12:30pm. There was a male and female staff member present. Took some gold to get a valuation. The male and female staff members looked at the gold, held it, tried to squeeze it and said “we have 40 years experience between us and that is fake gold”… Sorry but what a couple of clowns lol. 40 years experience doing what exactly? The fake gold you claimed? Was a 22karat piece which sold for approx £2200. These people are clueless, do not sell anything here to these two clowns. I sold mine to gold bank London. Advice to the staff members? If you haven’t got it in 40 years you never will! Lol. Sorry but I don’t know what else to do but laugh. Hallmarks are not the be all and end all, you have to test the gold not try to squeeze just under 2 ounces worth and say I can’t bend it so it is fake. 22k in two ounces is not easy to bend when that thick, 24k is much easier. Guess you haven’t come across much 22k and 24k gold in your 40 years hey. What a joke.
