I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is beautiful & very peaceful. My mother & I got 1 hour massages in the double room which was great so we could catch up & chat. We decided to get 1 hour facials too & that was amazing. I haven’t felt so relaxed in a very long time. By the time we left we both felt like we were floating on air. The women that work there are friendly & professional & catered to our individual needs. This is 5⭐️ Service. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Booked this place on short notice as I wasn't able to get a couples massage package anywhere in surfers paradise. It was fantastic! My wife and I had a great time. The service provided was excellent and professional, always maintained a calm and soothing environment throughout. The price for the couple's package was also very good. On my next visits here to the gold coast we will definitely be booking this as our first option! The few minutes drive out of surfers paradise is definitely worth it. Well done to the their whole team!

By far the worst spa experience I’ve ever been exposed to. I arrived at my appointment only to find someone had taken my name and appointment. The spa was locked as the treatment was in session (my session, minus me) so I called the owner who simply said there’s nothing that he could do as the person arrived earlier than me and the treatment had already commenced! I travelled to be at this appointment on my only day of annual leave so this was extremely disappointing. I just had to leave and let the stranger enjoy my appointment because no one would answer my knocking at the salon and the owner refused to do anything. Avoid like the plague if you prefer to actually have your appointment held for YOU and you prefer to be provided the customer service skills required to resolve issues if they are to arise.

Me and my friend booked the massage&facial package for 2 and it has been an amazing experience. Both treatments felt lovely and genuinely caring about my wellbeing. Outstandingly nice and welcoming service. Thank you!
