Bad communication. Following several attempts to contact this club regarding an itinerary from their gym instructor which I’ve been waiting three weeks for, I finally get through. Unfortunately the receptionist’s ( Audrey), phone manner is pretty abrupt and could be doing with a training class in listening skills. Speak at you and pass the buck is the order of the day here.

The personal fom information are not nice at all they don't know the details they can't provide any information because "from now everything is online " so they can be rude because can't explain their offer? This is crazy because we want to relax not to have my nerves on maximum. Please avoid to talk with the personal pls blond woman on her 30 or more and that guy with not a nice face ups

Nice friendly staff, decent equipment, and a wide range of decent facilities. The only thing missing is an ab machine/roller, as I have a bad back and can't do a lot of the more traditional core exercises. Otherwise, the place is great, with a good atmosphere.

Pool is ok - too cool for little ones. Toilets at the pool are pretty grim. Showers are not great at all and the whole pool area looks dirty - grouting etc all black. Graffiti on cubicles etc. Gym is in better condition. Library attached and conference room are great.

I started back swimming following a long period of working from home and gained alot of weight and very low fitness level. I was welcomed by all staff from reception to pool side who were smiling even at 6.15am in the morning. The other costumers where so friendly and helpful keeping me right where everything was as my first time in the leisure centre. Also provided support of encouragement in the pool. What a lovely experience
