Really well looked after by the staff during visits. Glasgow life have worked hard to create a safe work out environment. Before gyms opened I thought there was no way I’d be going back as I know folk that are fit/healthy that have been really and I know folk that have worked flat out in intensive care but I feel safer in the gym than I do out walking about in town amongst all the numpties who think two metres is two millimetres. Love working out again and can see my wellbeing and fitness improving. Would be great if we could access lockers though now that brollies and rain jacket are needed if you don’t travel to the gym by car

I only use the swimming pool and health suite. The pool is shallow, so good if you're not that confident or a beginner. There's another kids pool to. Come in the morning, as in the evening the place tends to be filthy. The steam and sauna is relatively new, but already showing signs of decay. It's mainly used by loud men who show no consideration for other users, they shave, groom, use foul language and generally just misuse the facilities. They don't seem to understand basic hygiene. Best to use when they are all sitting in the flesh soup. I only come here because it's affordable. It's a council gym, so you get what you pay for, I can only hope the staff start reinforcing the rules of the health suite.

I like it. Plenty of equipment for a woman. In the mornings and afternoons not so full. It is quite clean. Some of the coaches are very helpful and help better than others with equipment and you can ask for a program. There is body composition measuring 'thing'. It measures your fat percentage, muscle mass and other things. It is inspiring to see changes.

Helpful staff, good swimming pool, good gym, choice of courts for a reasonable price. Online booking system is easy to use. The lockers are a good size, I can store full motorcycle gear in there.
