Purchased two half glaze Victorian doors for my property. The guys had them dipped to remove the old paint and delivered them to my home. They were so helpful and the costs very reasonable. Disappointed. On browsing around, found some Door handles. Told they were in a store room, (not sign posted as such) they were not cleaned up but I was happy to pay for them as they were. On asking for price was told they were not for sale. Lost a sale that day. Surely that's the point of salvage, not brand new and showing signs of use. Don't understand the mentality there.

We LOVE this place! When we bought our old Victorian terraced house we had some work to do and wanted to reinstall some of the old character. We found the perfect WC door(there’s HUNDREDS to choose from, all different sizes etc), handle unit, sink, brackets. We always make this a first point of call before anywhere else, full of treasures!
