An older family member recently had some windows and a door fitted and is very happy with the work carried out. The fitters were helpful and polite, and paid attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.

Had a few windows installed and back door replaced. Gents were very polite and professional. Despite a couple of installation delays, the windows and doors were put in very quickly and i am extremely pleased with the result.

Completely dishonest. we had a very bad experience. Talked to the rep about fitting aluminium sliding doors. we did not want UPVC. Later they then said that this wouldn't be possible in the size we needed, therefore recommended french doors. When the doors and arrived and were fitted, we then came to realise they had used UPVC doors instead of the aluminium that was agreed upon. When confronted, they argued that they don't do aluminium french doors and purposely left the material type out out of the contract. Therefore leaving us without any proof of what was agreed upon. We could have got the same doors cheaper elsewhere. Would not recommend this company at all!! if you do decide to go with them, make sure the contract states clearly the materials to be used. Whatever you discuss should be written down and the contract read thoroughly.

Their after sales service was second to none (and I've used a good few). I was helped by a gentle man called 'Everton' , informative, knowledgeable and spoke to you, not down to you when describing things. Best after sales experience with a window company ever, 5*.
