The Scottish people are so helpful and without asking for help it was noticed that we were confused as to where we were. The square is lively, interesting and vibrant. Felt at ease wandering around. Plenty to see and complete strangers willing to add a little history etc j

Great place to sit when the sun is out, people watch while you gave your lunch. Listen to pipe bands, buskers and tourist enjoying the square as much as we do, always something going on.

A vibrant if sometimes chaotic or shambolic space of interest, magnificent architecture at the heart of Glasgow city centre. Go view and then head off to a great Gallery, museum, pub, cocktail bar or restaurant. Enjoy!

Decent place to visit if you’re a tourist. The buildings are great but the square itself is pretty drab and in need of an upgrade. If visiting...please don’t feed the pigeons!

Amazing to see so many people out in the square. It's a fantastic use of public space. The history to be seen here is also amazing. From here there are loads of other things to check out as well.

Pleasant city centre square, especially in good weather. Often hosts events so can often be found covered in tents or stalls. Don't be surprised if you see a statue or two wearing a road cone hat.

My home town square and still a nice place to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by on a nice day, they do occasionally come in the UK summer. When there is no protests or mass gatherings going of course. If in the square I always make it a point to stop at the cenotaph to remember those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for us to enjoy our freedom or if you're that way inclined to even allow you to protest about anything you want!
