I do not understand why people are complaining for the service. If you don't like it you need to leave. This is so simple. I have only positive experience with the surgery. The staff are really helpful the doctors a extremely good, the manager is always their to help. The new manager has recently implemented a new appointment system which is the best in Luton. When I am in the queue every single people get appointment in the morning. When I call the surgery they always pick up the phone fairly quickly. Of course if you call the surgery in peak time it is more difficult to get through on the line but because, I can imagine, hundreds of people are calling the surgery in the same time. When I am talking to other patients in the waiting room most of the patients are happy now with the service. The changes are taking time but now all the changes are visible how much the practice has improved. Thank you for all the hard work.
