Friendly and helpful staff. Was browsing for a new sofa, not ready to buy yet. but will be returning to purchase from here!

Not happy with the service today. I have bought 2 items one a picture that I was told by one of the staff she would not get of the wall for me had to struggle to the car with the heavy picture with no box or wrapping. Delivery charge on every item even though both items would come on same delivery.!! Will update on the condition of console table when it arrives. Won't be hurring back to that outlet.

Great day staff were very helpful loved the whole range came away proud owners of table and chairs to be delivered next Friday can't wait very satisfied customer happy wife happy life.

Furniture is really nice and reasonably price. However, I don't feel the staff were very helpful to my Nan. Face masks need to be worn in this store.

Absolutely disgusting customer service I orderd a table and chairs a coffee table a console table and a side lamp table on the 14th of November I was told I couldn't have them till the first week of Jan I didn't mind as my house was getting decorated it's now the 9th of March and I'm still waiting on them baring in mind they have a sign displayed saying guarented delivery within 7 days I've just rang the store as there due in today to see what time the lady laughed at me and said I don't know when ever the container comes in I said is it getting delived today she laughed again and said no they think it's acceptable to take 1200 pound off someone and still have them waiting 3 months later its a disgrace I will never shop here again and advise anyone else not to.
