For a Saturday night it was very quiet, my daughter went on a ride and sent herself into shock, at the time I panicked and thought concussion because she said she'd hit her head, upon finding the first aid point she was checked over and monitored closely all whilst keeping myself and her younger sibling calm. The first aider did brilliant and my daughter was well again and on rides within 30 mins so thank you!

Had a great day out with my autistic son, the free fall attendant was very friendly and helpful and even went above and beyond to help my autistic son on and off the ride safely. I did rely on the staff at Funderworld to help me when I needed it as I was on my own this time around, but needless to say my son left with a massive smile on his face. also they had a disabled toilet which shocked me as most fun fairs don’t have this. Well Done Funderworld.

Poor day out. Only about 5 people in the queue yet it took over half hour to get in. Toilets were vile and didn’t look like they had been cleaned in weeks. One door hanging off on one. No card payments at the food stalls. Wasn’t told on entry this and that we could get cash back. Food was cold and not nice. Salt put on chips without asking us and the chips were for the 6 year old! Nobody spinning the waltzers so they were boring. Crazy mouse not even running all day. Was told that someone had not shown up for work. Left sitting on the sizzler for over 10 minutes as the woman had disappeared, no apology when she returned. Dodgem car was faulty and just chugged along. Was told by the woman to just queue up again! Should not have had to queue again. The crazy golf only had 1 ball and a family of 5 was sharing that one so we couldn’t play. Would never go again.
