The restoration zone at this wellness centre is a separate area from the gym. It's definitely worth a visit. The 10 degree stand up pool revitalised anything in my body that wasn't working before. A great place to interchange from steam sauna, dry sauna and the infer red sauna with 4 showers to clean between sessions. It's a small area to pass by everyone and unisex complete share zones. Its a little pricey at $55 a casual day pass however the $99 for the week is better value if you are local for a short stay. The friendly young staff members were bubbly and helpful. Thank you
