My partner and I stayed for 2 years with Fresh Lets during our final years at University. They were personable, always available and understanding of any circumstances. The apartment we lived in was very well presented, furnished and maintained and the moment it was available for a second year we snapped it up. Our time renting with them was the first time at University we truly felt at home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Hands down, the best letting agency we have ever dealt with.

I used Fresh Student Housing during my final year at university, and it has been the best agency that I used. The house was great, and in excellent condition when we moved in. Any issues were addressed quickly, and to high standards. Additionally Anna, Mark and Neil were always friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. We had a great year renting here and would highly recommend!

From initial enquiry to check out, Anna and Mark were always incredibly friendly with their communication, and really look after their tenants and properties. Fresh Student Housing were by far the best agency we used (having used four others), and treated us with a great level of respect throughout, easing the stress of the pandemic and our final year in Bath.
