Went into the store looking for a special birthday present for my dads 60th birthday. We were welcomed into store by Liz who couldn’t of been more helpful. Liz took the time to listen to what we were looking for and brought out various different types of watches for us to look at. Liz had excellent product knowledge and helped us decide what one to take, she then offered to take the links out and gift wrap it as well. Overall an excellent experience and I will be back. The most amazing service. Dealt with the same wonderful South African guy every time we came in and he helped us with everything from the engagement ring to the wedding bands. It was literally all laughs, smiles and banter. Honestly wish I could invite him to the wedding too...
