Very disappointed. After an initial telephone conversation which went well, I felt confident and reassured enough to send a personal document to Forbes in order for them to ascertain if there was a possibility they could act for myself and my sister. A telephone conversation to discuss the matter was arranged the following day. The person in question was unavailable to speak with when I rang the next day. After numerous attempts on my behalf by telephone and an email requesting to be contacted, I am still waiting. Clearly the document I forwarded did not generate any future work for Forbes. The fact they failed to honour their word in discussing this with myself, as arranged, I find not only discourteous but also unprofessional. I will not be recommending Forbes.
