I have been in a number of times with my Mums very old technology, or with items that are not working properly. The staff speak to me in a tech language I can understand, and always help me out. It is quick and I always leave with an answer or my item sorted! Really recommend One Solutions. Thanks so much!

Good lads however the first time I got my iPhone screen replaced they had left 2 dust specs on the Face ID sensor which resulted in Face ID not working properly, personally would’ve expected a first time fix especially paying £120, one of the most expensive in bath. Also the second time I got it replaced because of the dust spec not properly cleaned out, there was a short hair underneath the screen protector they installed. No big deal as they fixed my problem but could’ve done better hense why 4*
