10/10 experience and service. Went a few months ago and it was amazing. Staff really did all they can to make it as relaxing as possible. It's amazingly clean, showers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided as well as hairdryers, towels and everything you need for the float. It's also just across from a tram stop which makes it easy to get to. Staff explained the experience beforehand and we're happy to answer any questions.

I decided to try floating after a lot of consideration because to be honest, I was kind of terrified of what it would be like! If you're a first timer, the folks at Float Level go out of their way to put you at ease and make sure they walk you through the process in detail before you start. And then you're left to yourself for a full relaxation experience. After the float, you have plenty of time and a dedicated space to dry your hair, have a glass of cold water, and just gather yourself before you leave - It never felt rushed or like you had to leave quickly. Everything is also kept very clean and tidy + everything you need for a wash before and after is provided! Been here twice now and will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

Today was my first float. What an amazing experience. Spotless facilities and great introduction by friendly staff. I loved my float and have booked in again for next week. It's like nothing I've ever experienced weightless joy and freedom is as close as I can get to an explanation. Try it you won't be disappointed if you enter this with an open mind you will come out with a joyful heart.
