I'm not sure what to believe now. The emails I have been receiving confirmed the gym had re-opened but that the pool, sauna and steam rooms remained shut, yet the reviews below strongly imply the pool is open? I cancelled my membership given that it felt fraudulent paying £90 for a gym with half the facilities shut (not their fault I admit), and I can't imagine emailing would result in a decent response. Oh well....I enjoyed my years as a member and enjoyed the facilities (when they weren't shut which happened often with the sauna/steam rooms with no updates sent to members - only finding out when you get to the gym!). I can only imagine those with office jobs to return to in London will be making trips to the gym. Workout videos for me now! At least I learnt how to swim in the pool with the private company Swimming Nature. Good times. Feels sad with everything going on.

Good gym with friendly staff. Jeer, Venezia, and Kristina stand out as being particularly helpful. The facilities are nice with most of the machines needed though a biceps curl and triceps extension machines would be nice. The ROX class in the newly created boxing studio is one of the best gym classes I have been to. They need to add more late afternoon or weekend hours, in my opinion, as this is easily one of the most booked classes.

Clean, spacious and well equipped with a good bunch of trainers who are happy to help when needed. As with any gym, the evenings get crowded with after office crowd but otherwise great place in central London.

One of the best gyms in London. Excellent machines literally for everything. Nice swimming people and very friendly staff. I am not into group workouts or in need for personal trainers as I have my own routine. Like the fact that they didn’t have loud music inside like some other places

Love the Baker Street branch, I’ve been coming here to train with the best of the best personal trainers. From the receptionists to the cleaning staff to even the fellow gym goers they always make me feel welcome. After a good session I always use their amazing steam and sauna rooms.
