What a relief to have this gem of a fitness centre back open. It has been carefully planned with safety in mind. I had a great PT session earlier with Alessandro.

I loved the light filled space in Abeville Road it feels calm and serene. The space for class is for only 5 people which feels intimate. I tried the baby and mum yoga class and the teacher was great, moved through a gentle but effective flow with useful tips on how to engage with baby while having a workout. Great facilities and super clean. It’s fine if you have to stop and attend to your baby and come back to it. I only managed half class today and still felt amazing. Will be back!

I love Petra’s Yin class on Thursday evenings. She is very professional and caters to her students’ needs. The yoga poses stretch our bodies well and I always feel super relaxed afterwards.

I work nearby and returned from maternity leave with no time and need for some personal training. I'm so pleased I reached out to Nordic Balance and met the wonderful team there. Such a hidden gem! Everyone is so friendly and kind - including the members! Very rare in Mayfair! My trainer, Liz, is helping me exactly how I need to be helped and I look forward to my sessions every week. Having an assessment with Laura was so insightful. Also huge thanks to Alessandro for showing me round the club in the first place. Super happy with every aspect of the experience. Thank you all!

I go to Nordic Balance in order to use their gym facilities, use their squash court (lessons with Jaymie Haycocks), and Osteopathy services (Andy Mansfield). Regarding Osteopathy, Andy is fantastic -- he takes his time to explain his observations, how he plans to address the issue, and to answer any questions. He is also very careful throughout the session. He was extraordinarily helpful in addressing my costochondritis -- I will definitely continue to go to Andy for osteopathy sessions, and would recommend him hands down. Regarding Squash, Jaymie is a great instructor: patient, clear communicator, and knows how to push you in order to improve. When thinking of squash lessons, I will definitely continue returning to Jaymie for instruction. Regarding the gym itself: although small in size, the gym is well equipped, is always clean, and the staff are great

I was apprehensive about the gym having gotten the tour, but the customer service provided by Ben was perfect, it’s the kind of customer service you get when people actually care and Ben certainly does. The personal training I got from Dmitri and Phil was also perfect. They worked around my injuries and even helped me figure out one of them. 10/10 highly recommended.
