Fantastic service and items delivered as advertised. I phoned the shop to add items to my order after I placed an online order. The staff were very helpful and added the extra items before dispatching the original order. Would highly recommend.

I have ordered a few things inline and found the selection to be varied. They have plenty of stock and the order fulfilment is brilliant with quick dispatch and numerous delivery options. Their correspondence is humorous which adds a human touch to the overall experience. Not living in Scotland, I struggle to locate relevant Scotland rugby apparel, First XV often have it in stock before the official store and at a competitive price. I will definitely be doing business again, and will visit the store when I'm next home.

First xv are first class definitely put customer satisfaction as a priority always responded to emails quickly and again after sales first class will definitely purchase from here again and would highly recommend them 👍

First XV had great customer service and the boots I needed to get back into rugby. I bought rugby boots from various big box brands e.g. JD Sports etc however none provided boots for wide feet. First XV were able sort me out.
