Very helpful staff can provide feedback and advise on your shop. They are definitely very professional in abilities, able to suggest different sizes, colours, looks, etc. even if it means looking at online items too. Excellent range of men's and women's close as well ehich is a great bonus. Store is very well kept and has a beautiful, calm atmosphere.

Great service from H and a good sale item purchased. Why do their ties always become unstitched though? I never buy full price ties for this very reason.

Fantastic service! All of the staff are always friendly, approachable, and extremely helpful. They're on hand whenever I need assistance to pick the correct sizes that suit me best. On top of that, the clothes are superb quality - I could buy everything in the store if I had the money!

I try not to go in too often because I always give in to something. Really good quality clothing. Friendly chatty staff.

We visited the Edinburgh store and were served by a very friendly and knowledgeable young man from Slovenia (apologies, I never got his name). He helped my partner find a suit that fitted him properly and took the time to offer different options (shirts, waistcoats etc). He even went onto the website to see if the suit jacket was available in the correct size there as they were sold out in store. I appreciate this is his job but he really did offer a great service and clearly knew the products he was selling. If only all sales staff were like him.
