Very disappointing service at this shop : I ordered a wallpaper sample which took 10 days to come in and the shop did not call to let me know it had arrived, they refused to refund a pot of paint I purchased from them because I had no receipt (but do have a bank statement), and Farrow and Ball paint is 20% more expensive with them then elsewhere. This is a real shame as it looks like Helen, the decorator, has great taste and could be a real help.

They stock most of Farrow & Ball products which is handy. They are quite helpful, explanatory and they mostly know about things they are selling. But they are not very happy with returns or refunds. In such cases they claim that there's only one person knowing how to refund and he's not around. They say he'll call you but nobody calls. In my experience, I'd needed to call my bank and open a dispute case to be refunded and it means to print a form fill it by hand, scan it and send it back to the bank. If you buy something that they don't stock and needs to be ordered, try not to pay upfront. If you don't have any other chance try pay it by credit or debit card. After the payment, they are not as helpful and informative as they are before the payment.
