Sally was great in helping us decide the colours for the downstairs of our house ensuring they all flowed correctly and most importantly worked right in the right shades of light. She saved me going back and forth and spending a fortune on testers. The painting is now complete and I just wanted to say thanks so much to Sally and the team for all their work

Great paint. But staff clearly couldn't be bothered to help us. Thought it might just be that we were a bit younger than their target market, but they were also pretty rude to another woman in at the same time. Much better off just buying online.

Lots of paint to choose from. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They offered plenty of advice when choosing colours for various rooms. Highly recommended

Sallie was brilliant at helping me to choose the colours for 5 rooms in the space of one hour so that they all blended together harmoniously. Something I had spent weeks trying to decide on myself!

Great customer experience, as always. The F&B team in Blackheath is always very friendly. Today I was served by Matt, he understood immediately what I wanted and made me feel safe in the store. Farrow & Ball is the only paint I buy since I first used it.

The paint is beautiful but the customer service needs looking at. Long delays In exchanging paint- close to 25/30minute wait.

The staff are very knowledgeable and they have a nice variety of colours
