Fantastic Nails and Beauty manchester

I love this place, they take time to make sure you're nails are perfect. Atmosphere is so relaxing and the staff are really friendly. Thank you so much for perfect nails

I’ve tried this place a few times now as they stay open late and it’s very convenient location The first time they messed up my nails doing an infill the nails were too thick and the paint started to peel straight away Once I came in and complained the nail technician was offended and instead of apologising tried to defend herself by saying infills are difficult as she’s “going over some else’s work” - other nail technicians don’t have this problem she also charged me and made me feel very uncomfortable as though it was my fault. However I did go back and was treated very nicely by other staff but once again the nail polish coats they apply are so thick and it’s peeled after a day

NOT Fantastic! Wouldn't even rate them 1 star. Very rude staff and they pretend they don't know English so they use it as an excuse to not do what you ask for. £35 for acrylics that looked awful. Shape was wrong, length was wrong and painting was awful. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. You will be saving yourself money by not coming.

The best nail place in Manchester, they really make sure your nails and perfect and the place is really clean RECOMMEND 100%

I would attempt to rate this 0 stars but does not give me that option. What should have been a lovely experience, more so as it is my money paying for a service was what I could only describe as a living nightmare minus Freddy Krugar. The individual who did my nails rushed and did not seem to care my nails were different shapes and not leveled...blaming my thumb being bent ....maybe I should have gone to the doctors if that was the case (sarcasm) after explaining I was not happy you would think they would want to fix it or make a customer leave satisfied but did not seem too bothered, which ledt me even more concerne . I left the place with rachet looking nails and decided to take them off and even though now I have hobbit hands they still are better than what was done at the salon. Enough said.

Fast service and walk in which is great as I am bad with punctuation. The ladies could be a bit more nicer and more chatty. Love my nails.
